Who We Are
Active Care is a 245D licensed company providing both basic and intensive support services in Minnesota. We were established in 2019 with multi-lingual care professionals assisting private sectors and agencies looking to aid their aging and disabled population on the Waiver Programs. With our founding 3E Principles, we educate, expose, and empower the clients we represent and the individuals we serve.
With the help of our reliable caregivers, we can surpass your satisfaction and give you an independent, safe, and comfortable life while receiving the support services you need in the place where you can heal best—your home.
